The question

I sent USDC to the deposit address about twenty minutes ago and pasted the transaction, but my credit still shows the same balance. The transaction shows as successful on the block explorer, so the money definitely left my wallet. What am I doing wrong?

One more practical check to add to the earlier reply: after the transfer is confirmed, the claim itself can still point at the wrong thing. The three checks, in the order that finds the problem fastest: 1) On Solscan, open the DEPOSIT address (not your own wallet) and look at its USDC activity. If your transfer is not in that list, the money went somewhere else, most often to an address copied from the wrong chain's screen. 2) If it IS in the list, copy the Signature from that exact row. A signature copied from your own wallet's history can belong to a different transaction than the one that funded the deposit address, especially after a retry. 3) Claim with the chain dropdown set to solana BEFORE pasting. The claim searches only the selected chain, so the right signature under the wrong chain reports that the transaction cannot be found rather than crediting. If all three check out and the balance still has not moved, reply with the signature and we will trace exactly what it delivered, to which address, and on which chain.
