A Discord support bot that actually closes tickets
DeskCrew is a Discord support bot that turns member questions into tickets, answers the common ones instantly from your own FAQ, and lets mods reply with /reply, free to start with no card.

From buried pings to a queue your mods can finish
Questions become tickets
Member questions turn into threads with history, priority, and an owner. Nothing scrolls away at 2am, and every past answer is searchable instead of lost in channel scroll.
AI clears the repeats
Publish your FAQ once and the bot answers the how-do-I questions instantly, from your articles and only your articles. Not covered? It escalates to a human instead of guessing.
Mods stay in Discord
Reply with /reply inside the thread. The member gets it where they asked, and by email too if they left an address. Your team never has to live in another tab.
How do you set up a Discord support bot?
Create a free workspace and click Connect Discord in the dashboard, then authorize the bot into your server.
Pick the support channel. Member questions there become ticket threads immediately.
Publish your five most-asked questions to the knowledge base so the AI starts clearing repeats on day one.
Running a creator community or a merch store too? The same desk covers your site and store: see DeskCrew for creators.
Discord support, asked and answered
How do I set up a support bot on Discord?
Create a free DeskCrew workspace, click Connect Discord in the dashboard, authorize the bot into your server, and pick the channel it should work in. Member questions become ticket threads immediately; the whole setup is a few minutes.
Is there a free Discord ticket bot?
Yes. The DeskCrew free plan includes the Discord bot, ticketing with full history, a public help center, and a monthly AI answer allowance. No credit card required.
How is this different from ModMail or Ticket Tool?
Those are Discord-only inboxes, and good ones. DeskCrew adds three things: AI that answers repeat questions from your published FAQ before a mod ever sees them, one inbox shared with your website widget and store, and email reachback, so a member who leaves their address gets your answer even after closing Discord.
Can the bot answer questions automatically?
Yes, with a strict contract: it answers only from the knowledge-base articles you publish, and only those. When a question is not covered it escalates to your team instead of guessing, and anything the AI drafts for humans stays in an approval queue until a person sends it.
Do members need an account to get help?
No. Members ask in your server like they always have. Tickets carry their Discord identity, and leaving an email is optional for reachback.
Can moderators reply without leaving Discord?
Yes. Mods answer with the /reply command inside the ticket thread, and the member gets the reply wherever they asked. The dashboard is there for triage, history, and the knowledge base, not a second place mods have to live.
