For NFT project teams

Stop answering wen mint. Let holders ask the desk.

DeskCrew is a support desk for NFT project teams: connect your collection and the assistant answers holders in your Discord and on your site with verified on-chain facts (does this wallet hold it, what did this transaction do) plus your own published answers about mint, royalties and roadmap. Free to start: every workspace begins with a 14-day Pro trial, no card, and the Discord bot and AI answers are part of Pro. One collection on the free plan, five on paid plans.

How it works

What does a holder support desk do?

01

Connect your collection

Paste the contract or collection address and pick the chain: Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Avalanche or Sei for ERC-721 and ERC-1155, Solana for collections with on-chain metadata. The desk confirms it exists and reads its name and symbol. From then on it can read, for any wallet or transaction a holder pastes, whether the wallet holds your collection and how many, and what a transaction did and whether it succeeded. One collection on the free plan, five on paid plans. The assistant answers on the 14-day Pro trial and on paid plans; the free plan keeps the help center and tickets.

02

Discord: /ask and /verify

Connect Discord from the dashboard, then on the Collections page paste the ids of the channels where /ask may answer (right-click a channel, Copy Channel ID). Holders type /ask and a question; the bot replies in the channel from your published articles plus the verified facts, and points to your team when neither covers it. /verify replies only to the person who typed it, with how many tokens that wallet holds and a plain statement that a pasted address proves nothing about who you are. Your team keeps /reply and /close for ticket threads.

03

The website widget

One script tag on your mint page and project site. Visitors who never joined Discord get the same answers and the same read-only chain lookups on the trial and paid plans, and a question neither your articles nor the chain covers becomes a ticket for your team, with the visitor email attached if they left one.

Boundaries

What it does not do

01

No custody, no signing

The desk reads public chain data the way an explorer does. It holds no keys, signs nothing, moves nothing and never asks a holder to connect a wallet or sign a message. If anyone asks for a seed phrase on behalf of the bot, it is not the bot.

02

No stored wallets

A wallet or transaction pasted into /ask, /verify or the website chat is used for that one answer. There is no wallet index per workspace, no holder database and nothing written to the chain.

03

No floor price, no roles yet

It does not quote floor prices or marketplace data and will not tell anyone whether to buy or sell. It verifies holdings on request but does not assign Discord roles, and it cannot prove the person typing owns the wallet. Signed verification and holder roles are on the roadmap.

FAQ

Holder support, asked and answered

What does the assistant actually verify on-chain?

Three things, all read-only: whether a wallet holds your collection and how many, what a transaction did and whether it succeeded, and your collection name and symbol. It reads the chain directly; it never holds keys, never signs, never moves anything.

Which chains are supported?

Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Avalanche and Sei for ERC-721 and ERC-1155 collections, and Solana for collections with on-chain metadata. Up to five collections per workspace on paid plans, one on the free plan.

How does it work in Discord?

Connect Discord from the dashboard, paste the ids of the channels where /ask may answer on the Collections page (right-click a channel, Copy Channel ID), and holders type /ask followed by their question. The bot answers from your published articles and the verified facts, in the channel. /verify lets anyone check a wallet privately. Your team keeps /reply and /close for tickets. The Discord channel is on Pro and above, and on the 14-day trial.

Can a holder prove they own the wallet?

Not in this version. A pasted address shows what that wallet holds, and the bot says so plainly. Signed wallet verification and automatic holder roles are on the roadmap.

What stops the assistant from making things up?

It answers only from your published knowledge base and the facts block it just read from the chain. If neither covers the question it says so and hands off to your team instead of guessing.

Does it store holder wallets?

No. A wallet or transaction pasted into a chat lives only in that message. There is no wallet index per workspace and nothing is written to the chain.
