Which platforms have native installs?
WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Framer, and Craft CMS have native plugins or apps; Joomla and TYPO3 packages exist too, and anything else takes one script tag. Whatever the client is built on, install is minutes, not a project.
Can we white-label it for clients?
On paid plans, yes: the client’s logo and colours, their own help-center domain, replies from their email domain, and no DeskCrew badge on the widget.
How does pricing work across clients?
Flat per workspace, so you can price support retainers predictably. A client’s traffic growing does not change what you pay; free workspaces are fine for small clients or trials.
Can the AI answer for each client separately?
Each workspace has its own knowledge base, and the AI answers only from that client’s published articles. There is no cross-client bleed, and uncovered questions escalate to whoever handles that client.
