DeskCrew. The Discord ticketing integration
DeskCrew turns Discord into a real helpdesk: every ticket posts a thread in your channel, the team replies with /reply, and AI drafts answers for approval.
Tickets become threads
Every new ticket posts a thread in your Discord channel and replies sync both ways. Your team works support where it already talks.
AI drafts, humans approve
The AI drafts replies grounded in the knowledge base you publish, and every draft waits in an approval queue until a human sends it.
Every conversation is a ticket
Widget chats, emails, and board posts land in one dashboard with full history; visitors who leave get their answer by email.
Free plan, no card
The free plan includes the chat widget, a public knowledge base, and ticketing. Start free and upgrade only when you outgrow it.
How to connect Discord
In your DeskCrew dashboard, open Integrations and click “Connect Discord”. The connection binds to your current workspace.
Authorize the DeskCrew bot into your Discord server on the OAuth screen.
Back on the Integrations page, pick the channel tickets should post to. You can change it any time.
Done. Every new ticket posts in that channel and opens a thread, and your team replies with /reply inside the thread.
Note: Slack, Discord, and email channels are included on paid plans, and every new workspace starts with full Team features free for 14 days, no card.

FAQ. Discord ticketing integration
How do I get support tickets into Discord?
Connect DeskCrew from your dashboard’s Integrations page and pick a channel. Every new ticket (from your website widget, email, or public board) posts as a message with its own thread in that channel.
Can my team answer customers without leaving Discord?
Yes. Use /reply inside the ticket’s thread. The reply lands on the DeskCrew ticket and reaches the customer through the channel they wrote in, chat widget or email alike.
Do my customers need Discord?
No. Customers use your website chat widget, email, or public board. Discord is the internal side, where your team sees and works the tickets.
How do I connect Discord to DeskCrew?
From the dashboard: open Integrations, click “Connect Discord”, and authorize the DeskCrew bot into your server. Then pick the channel tickets should post to. You can change it any time.
Is the Discord integration free?
The Discord channel ships on paid plans, and every new workspace starts with full Team features, Discord sync included, free for 14 days with no card. Current plans are on the pricing page.
Can one Discord server serve several workspaces?
No. A server connects to one DeskCrew workspace at a time (disconnecting frees it), and each workspace connects one server. That keeps every ticket thread routed to exactly one desk.
