How do I connect Slack so my team can answer tickets from there?

Slack connects in a couple of minutes, and there are two ways in: 1. Setting up fresh? Sign up with Slack — authorizing the install provisions your workspace and links your Slack team in one step. 2. Desk already exists? Open Dashboard → Integrations and click Connect Slack, then authorize the install into your Slack workspace. Once connected, new tickets appear as threads in Slack and your team can answer them right from there — replies thread back onto the ticket and reach the customer like any other response.
