How to install DeskCrew on HubSpot
In HubSpot, click the settings gear and go to Content → Pages.
Choose the domain to edit (or “Default settings for all domains”), then find the Site header HTML field under the Templates tab.
Paste the DeskCrew widget snippet and click Save. It applies across the domain’s pages; your real key and board slug are on the DeskCrew dashboard’s Install page.

Yes. Connect HubSpot from Dashboard → Integrations (OAuth, admin only). Each ticket opened or resolved becomes a note on the matching contact’s timeline with a link to the ticket, and the ticket page in DeskCrew shows that contact’s name, company and lifecycle stage. DeskCrew never creates contacts or edits properties.
Which HubSpot permissions does DeskCrew ask for?
Read and write on contacts. Read finds the contact by email; write is what HubSpot requires to add a note to a contact. Nothing else is requested, tokens are stored encrypted, and Disconnect removes them.
How do I add custom code to HubSpot website pages?
In settings, open Content → Pages, pick the domain (or the default for all domains), and paste into the Site header HTML field under the Templates tab. The code then loads on that domain’s website, landing, and blog pages.
Can I add the widget to just one domain in HubSpot?
