DeskCrew. The Whop support agent app
DeskCrew for Whop gives every whop an AI support agent: members ask in a Support tab or in chat, answers come from the owner’s own courses, forum and products with the source cited, and what the content does not cover goes to an expert and comes back in the same thread.
An agent that answers from your whop, and experts for the rest
Install from the Whop App Store, and the app reads your courses, forum posts and products into a private knowledge base. Members get answers with the lesson cited; questions your content does not cover become paid expert questions on the DeskCrew board, decided within 24 hours, and the answer lands back in the member’s thread. You choose where it answers (Support tab, chat channels, 1:1 threads) and whether it replies automatically or after your approval.
AI drafts, humans approve
The AI drafts replies grounded in the knowledge base you publish, and every draft waits in an approval queue until a human sends it.
Every conversation is a ticket
Widget chats, emails, and board posts land in one dashboard with full history; visitors who leave get their answer by email.
Free plan, no card
The free plan includes the chat widget, a public knowledge base, and ticketing. Start free and upgrade only when you outgrow it.

FAQ. Whop support agent app
What does the Whop app answer from?
Your own content: course lessons, forum posts by your team, and product and plan descriptions, imported on install and refreshed daily. Every answer cites the lesson or post it came from. Nothing is answered from general knowledge alone.
What happens when the content does not cover a question?
The member is told it has been passed to an expert, the question becomes a funded row on the DeskCrew board (question text only, no member identity), an expert answers within 24 hours, and the answer is posted back into the member’s thread with a notification.
What does it cost a whop owner?
The app is free. Expert answers cost what you set per question (default $1) from USDC credit you load, with a weekly cap you control; the first three expert answers are on us. You can also let members pay $1 themselves to ask an expert directly.
Does it post in my chat without asking?
Only where you switch it on. The Support tab is on by default; each chat channel is off until you choose “reply when mentioned” or “reply to any question”, and you can require your approval before anything is posted in chat.
Is my paid content exposed?
No. Imported content stays private to your workspace and is only used to draft answers for your own members. Escalated questions carry the member’s question text only, never your lessons.
