How do I turn our support email address into tickets?

Setting up email-to-ticket takes about 5 minutes. Here's exactly how:

Step 1: Find your workspace inbox address

1. Go to Dashboard -> Install
2. Find the "Turn your support email into tickets" section
3. You'll see your unique inbox address (it looks like [email protected])

Step 2: Forward your support email You don't move your email hosting to us. You forward your existing support address:

• In your email provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Cloudflare Email Routing, etc.), forward [email protected] to your inbox address above.
• Gmail: Settings -> See all settings -> Forwarding and POP/IMAP -> Add a forwarding address. Enter your inbox address and save, then choose "Forward a copy of incoming mail to" it.
• Cloudflare Email Routing: create a rule forwarding [email protected] to your inbox address, then verify the destination.

Step 3: Verify it works

• Send a test email to [email protected]
• It should appear as a new ticket within a minute

Optional: if you'd rather not forward at all, you can hand out your [email protected] address directly and skip step 2.

Plan availability: email-to-ticket is included on the Pro, Team and Agency plans, and during your free trial. On the Free plan the Install page shows an upgrade option instead.

One note: AI draft replies are off by default on a new workspace. You can turn them on in your settings once you've added a few knowledge base articles for the AI to answer from.
