Install DeskCrew on Wix (official app)
The official DeskCrew app puts the support widget on every page of a Wix site: live chat, AI answers from your own help articles, and a help center. No code, no theme edits.
Install the app
- Install DeskCrew on your Wix site with this link: wix.to/lFbr9eF. (Once the App Market listing is approved you will also find it by searching "DeskCrew" in the App Market.)
- In your Wix dashboard, open Apps, then DeskCrew Support Settings.
- Paste your widget key (it starts with
pub_) from your DeskCrew dashboard's Install page and click Save. - Publish your Wix site. The chat bubble appears on every page of the published site.
The widget shows on the published site only, not inside the Wix editor or preview.

Create a free DeskCrew account, no card needed, and copy the widget key from Dashboard, then Install.
Prefer the manual route?
You can also paste the one-line widget snippet in Settings, then Custom Code on a paid Wix plan. The app is the easier path and works without touching code.
Troubleshooting
- No bubble after publishing: open Apps, then Manage Apps on your site and check the DeskCrew script is not disabled.
- Saved the key but nothing changed: re-open the settings page fresh from the dashboard menu and save again; the save is authorized per session.
