Overage and metered usage explained
DeskCrew meters one thing: AI resolutions. Each plan includes an allotment per billing period, and overage rules differ by plan.
What's included per plan
- Free: 25 AI resolutions; 100 conversations/month
- Pro: 150 AI resolutions; 2,000 conversations/month
- Team: 750 AI resolutions; unlimited conversations
- Agency: 750 AI resolutions; unlimited conversations
How overage is billed
On Pro and above, AI resolutions beyond your included allotment bill as metered overage:
- Pro:
$0.49each - Team and Agency:
$0.39each
Each confirmed resolution past the allotment is reported as one usage unit to a Stripe Billing Meter and added to your next invoice.
Note: Free has no overage rail. It caps instead of billing extra.
