Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Manage your subscription from the Billing & usage page (/dashboard/billing) in your dashboard. Upgrades run through self-serve Stripe Checkout; downgrades and interval switches go through the Stripe Customer Portal.
Plans
- Free
- Pro
- Team
- Agency — adds full white-label branding and multi-client management for resellers.
Note: Every new workspace starts with a 14-day reverse trial of full Team features, then settles to Free.
Upgrade
- Open Billing in your dashboard.
- Under Upgrade, pick Monthly or Annual.
- Click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Team to start a self-serve Stripe Checkout.
- After payment you return through DeskCrew, and your plan updates once Stripe confirms the subscription.
Downgrade or switch interval
- On the same Billing & usage page, click Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Make your change there.
Note: Changes take effect per Stripe's proration; you keep current features until the period ends.
