Upgrade or downgrade your plan

Manage your subscription from the Billing & usage page (/dashboard/billing) in your dashboard. Upgrades run through self-serve Stripe Checkout; downgrades and interval switches go through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Plans

  • Free
  • Pro
  • Team
  • Agency — adds full white-label branding and multi-client management for resellers.

Note: Every new workspace starts with a 14-day reverse trial of full Team features, then settles to Free.

Upgrade

  1. Open Billing in your dashboard.
  2. Under Upgrade, pick Monthly or Annual.
  3. Click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Team to start a self-serve Stripe Checkout.
  4. After payment you return through DeskCrew, and your plan updates once Stripe confirms the subscription.

Downgrade or switch interval

  1. On the same Billing & usage page, click Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
  2. Make your change there.

Note: Changes take effect per Stripe's proration; you keep current features until the period ends.
