Create your DeskCrew workspace

Start at deskcrew.io/signup. DeskCrew is passwordless, so there's no password to set, and no credit card is required to begin.

Sign up

  1. Go to deskcrew.io/signup.
  2. Choose a sign-in method: email one-time-code (OTP), Google, or Slack.

Note: If you use Google or Slack, the profile must expose a visible email.

Your reverse trial

Every new workspace starts a reverse trial: full Team features free for 14 days, then it settles to the Free tier. You can upgrade to Pro, Team, or Agency at any time from Billing in the dashboard.

Tip: Already have an account? Sign in instead at deskcrew.io/login.

First steps after signup

Once in, you land on the dashboard Home. From there:

  • Set your brand color under Branding.
  • Grab the widget snippet under Install.
  • Add KB articles under Knowledge so AI drafts and Ask-AI can answer from your real docs.
