Create your DeskCrew workspace
Start at deskcrew.io/signup. DeskCrew is passwordless, so there's no password to set, and no credit card is required to begin.
Sign up
- Go to
deskcrew.io/signup. - Choose a sign-in method: email one-time-code (OTP), Google, or Slack.
Note: If you use Google or Slack, the profile must expose a visible email.
Your reverse trial
Every new workspace starts a reverse trial: full Team features free for 14 days, then it settles to the Free tier. You can upgrade to Pro, Team, or Agency at any time from Billing in the dashboard.

Your first five minutes: the Get-started checklist
You land on the dashboard Home, where a Get-started card walks you through five small steps. Every step checks itself off automatically when the real thing happens. There's nothing to mark done by hand:
- Meet your widget: we put your live widget on a hosted demo shop (no install needed). Open it, start a chat and say anything: it lands back in your inbox as a real ticket.
- Reply to your first ticket: a demo ticket is already waiting in your inbox. Reply to it; that's the whole job.
- Put it on your site: paste the snippet once before
</body>(or use one of the 39 one-click install guides). The step completes the first time the widget loads on your real site. - Turn on AI answers: one click. The widget then answers customer questions instantly from your knowledge base. It never guesses, and hands off to you when it can't answer. A starter article ships with your workspace so it works immediately; add your own articles under Knowledge to make it genuinely yours.
- Bring your team: invite a teammate from Team.
Done with all five (or know your way around already)? Hide the card. It won't come back.

- Knowledge: the articles that power self-serve help and AI answers.
