Export a report: one chart or the whole page
Every report in DeskCrew can be exported one chart at a time or all at once. Exports are part of the Pro plan; on Free the export buttons show as locked.
One chart
Each card on the Reports page has an export menu in its corner. Choose PNG for an image you can paste into a slide or a message, or SVG for a sharp image that scales to any size. The export includes the card's title, its numbers and its legend, exactly as you see it.
The whole report
The Export report button at the top of the Reports page exports every card on the page in one go. Choose the format that fits what you are doing:
- XLSX: one spreadsheet with a sheet per report, ready for your own formulas and charts.
- JSON: the same numbers as structured data, for scripts and other tools.
- PNG: one tall image of the whole page.
- Print: a clean printable page, which your browser can also save as a PDF.
The export uses the date range and channel currently selected on the page, so set those first.
