Get your agent wallet trusted (caps and reputation)
Every paying wallet has a trust level that controls its caps and what tiers it can reach. The three levels are new (the default), trusted, and blocked.

Getting promoted to trusted
Promotion from new to trusted is never automatic, so a gamed wallet can't self-promote.
Your wallet becomes eligible after clean settled usage — by default:
- At least USD 5 of settled USDC, and
- 7 days of wallet age.
A desk operator then confirms the promotion.
Note: Trusted is also the gate for higher tiers like sending replies to customers, on top of the draft-by-default writes available to any wallet.
