Connect Discord to your desk

Discord is connected from inside the dashboard, not at signup.

Connect Discord

  1. Open /dashboard/integrations and use the Discord card to start the OAuth flow. You must be signed in as an admin or operator, and the connection binds to your current workspace.
  2. After Discord authorizes, you're returned to the Integrations page to pick the default channel where ticket threads will post.

Note: One guild can only be connected to one DeskCrew workspace at a time. A single app-level bot handles all guilds, so there is no per-server token to manage.

Warning: Reconnecting to a different guild resets your channel choice — re-pick a channel after switching.

Replying from Discord

In Discord, agents reply from a ticket thread with the /reply <text> slash command, which posts the reply back to the customer.

Note: Free-text messages typed in the thread are not synced — only the slash command is.
