Cancel or change your billing

Manage everything from /dashboard/billing. Click Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal.

What you can change

In the portal you can:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Switch between Monthly and Annual
  • Change your card
  • Update your billing email

You can do this any time. On cancel, you keep paid features until the current period ends, then settle to Free.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, DeskCrew emails you to update your card and shows a past-due banner on the billing page during Stripe's retry grace window.

Tip: Most failures are expired cards — fix the card in the portal to restore the subscription.

Note: New workspaces need no credit card to start (14-day Team trial, then Free).
