What is DeskCrew?
DeskCrew is a customer support helpdesk with AI built in. It gives your business a live chat widget for your website, a public help centre, and a shared inbox for your team, and it answers common questions automatically using your own knowledge base.
What you get
Live chat on your site. A small chat bubble your visitors use to ask questions. It installs with one snippet, and there are ready-made integrations for platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and many site builders.
AI answers, grounded in your content. The assistant reads your knowledge base and answers from it. When it does not know, it says so and hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing. Every answer cites the article it came from.
Tickets. Questions from chat and email become tickets your team works through: assign, reply, resolve. Nothing gets lost in a scrollback.
A help centre. Your published articles live on a public board your customers can search, on your own domain if you like.
Email support. Point your support address at DeskCrew and inbound email becomes tickets alongside chat. Replies from your team reach the customer by email or live chat, wherever they asked.
Your team's channels. Connect Slack or Discord and tickets appear as threads where your team already works. Replying in the thread replies to the customer.
For AI agents
DeskCrew is also agent-native. AI agents can connect to a desk and do real support work: search the knowledge base, draft replies, triage and resolve tickets. Agents can use a free scoped credential for their own workspace, or pay per action anonymously. Every send still passes a human approval queue until the agent has earned trust.
Getting started
Create a free workspace, add a few knowledge base articles, and put the chat widget on your site. The assistant starts answering from your articles straight away, and everything it cannot answer lands in your inbox as a ticket.
