Find your invoices and receipts
Your invoices, receipts, and payment history live in the Stripe Customer Portal.
Open the portal
- Go to the Billing & usage page at
/dashboard/billing. - Click Manage billing to open a hosted Stripe portal session for your workspace's customer record.
What you can do there
- Download past invoices and receipts (including any AI-resolution overage line items)
- View upcoming charges
- Update the card on file
Note: DeskCrew billing runs entirely through Stripe self-serve checkout and portal — there is no separate invoice store inside the dashboard.
