White-label the chat widget
By default the widget shows a small Powered by DeskCrew line in its footer that links to deskcrew.io. On the Agency plan you can turn on full white-label branding, which drops that line entirely so the widget carries only your brand.
Build a fully branded surface
Combine white-label with:
- The
data-coloraccent on your embed snippet. - A left or right launcher position.
Also on the Agency plan
The Agency plan adds multi-client management for resellers, letting you run separate desks for each of your customers.
Note: The footer behavior is driven by your tenant's white-label flag, so enabling the Agency plan toggle applies to the widget without changing the snippet.
