DeskCrew's AI is grounded only in your published KB. The auto-responder drafts, Ask-AI in the widget Help tab, and the agent search_kb tool all read from your real articles and escalate when the docs don't cover a question. Unpublished or missing content simply can't be cited.
Write for retrieval
- One clear topic per article.
- The exact steps.
- Real product names.
- Concrete values.
Keep each article self-contained and publish it.
Tip: Vague or marketing-heavy copy produces vague drafts; precise docs produce accurate, sendable ones. Every article you add widens what PING can answer before a human ever touches the ticket.
