Export or delete your data (GDPR)
DeskCrew supports GDPR data export and deletion on request.
Request an export or deletion
Email support@deskcrew.io (or your workspace owner) to request a full export of your tenant's data or a deletion, and we will action it for that workspace.
Note: Data is held in encrypted Supabase Postgres (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit) and isolated per tenant, so an export or delete is scoped to your workspace only.
End-customer opt-out
End customers who receive your emails can opt out themselves:
- Customer notifications carry
List-Unsubscribeheaders. - Clicking unsubscribe suppresses further email to that address — no account needed.
